How do I cancel a Paypal subscription?

Solution - Log into http://www.paypal.com

- Click History

- Click on "Advanced Search" on the top right side

- In the "Search For" field, insert the Subscription Id (subscription transactions are prefixed with "S-"; you can find that Id in your PayPal receipt)

- From the "In" drop down on the right, select "Transaction ID"

- Click Submit

Once the subscription record is displayed, clidk on the "Cancel Subscription" button and verify through the next screen.

If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, open a ticket and we will cancel it for you.

Your access to the members' area will be disabled as soon as you cancel your subscription.
